Regional Lead - Sales & Marketing - Agro Chemicals Industry

Regional Lead (Maharashtra- Agro chemicals)

We are currently retained by a well established Agro Chemical Manufacturing company to hire Regional Lead Maharashtra to lead the entire P&L for the state.

This role needs a seasoned Sales and Marketing professional who has deep understanding of Agro Chemical Market and fully understands the Maharastra market for agro chemicals. To fit the bill you must have led P&L for the state.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead sales & marketing of a BU for Maharashtra

- Lead complete P&L for the state wrt revenue generation and margin target

- Lead and Coach a Team of Managers

- Build, plan, direct, and implement business strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for the state.

- Manage inventory and controlling the cost.

- Led Market research and competitors benchmarking for the state

To fit the bill, you must have:

- Graduate/PG in Agri Science or related fields.

- 15+ years of Sales & Marketing experience in Agro Chemical

- Strong understanding of Market Intelligence with knowledge of crops especially paddy and products.

- Relevant experience in Market Development and product promotion.

- Strong inventory management skills.
