Regional Lead - Dispute Resolution
- We are currently hiring for a Telecommunication Company that is a leader in the telecom vertical.
- The offered role is for a Regional Lead - Dispute Resolution.
Major Deliverables :
- Resolution of all commercial complaints by posting of credits wherever applicable within defined SLA.
- Ensuring implementation of corrective action for the given accounts.
- Identification of major process issues through trend analysis of waivers/adjustments and providing inputs to the Product/IT/Billing Assurance/Business team for process correction.
- Continuous improvement of the Dispute resolution process through assimilation of suggestions from all stakeholders.
Essential Attributes :
- Responsible for maintaining and improving business relationships with existing client base.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
- Mentor & Motivate team of relationship managers to deliver common objectives and meet sales target.
- CSAT roll-out ownership and coordination.
- Base Management Responsible for revenue leakage and arresting churn.
- Lead generation from mapped customer base & enhance product portfolio penetration-creating cross sell and up sell opportunities.
