Our Client is a well-known and leading MNC with global and regional presence based in Singapore. They are inviting an experienced, meticulous, confident and well-seasoned individual to join their regional team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and direct implementation of compensation and benefits programs that provide a competitive level of pay, motivation, and reward to employees as well as protection.

Implement and administer C&B programs & initiatives (with a focus in the APAC region), i.e. annual salary review and bonus cycle.

Manage the global mobility policy for expatriates across the entities, including advising & working closely with local/global mobility representatives.

Lead the development of annual base salary structures, including analyzing market data and ensure there are internal and external equity when making recommendations to employee's C&B packages.

Lead competitive benchmarking analysis across company (with a focus on the APAC region) to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and legal requirements.

Lead/participates in and provide analysis and maintenance of C&B surveys, corporate reports.

Lead/participates in negotiation of agreements with insurance carriers and financial institutions for administration of benefits programs and provides technical backup to union negotiations on benefits matters.

Provide expertise to the divisions/functions/regions, dependent on needs, in job leveling and evaluation, peer assessment, marketing benchmarking and competitive analysis.

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree/Master Degree in Business or HR/Reward Management or Economics or in any field with relevant study and must have experience working in MNC and at a corporate level.

At least 6 to 10 years of C&B regional experience with a profound knowledge in C&B programme design and implementation, preferably demonstrated track record in execution of global / regional reward projects is an advantage.

Well-seasoned professional who understands the organization's needs, can recommend the design of multifaceted programs, and implement them efficiently and sensitively.

Significant experience in expatriate management and taxes is desired.

Working knowledge of APAC C&B practices and regulations, and experience in the design and implementation of variable pay program.

Prior experience in Mercer, Radford, Hewitt, Hay survey processes and knowledge is required.

Ideally have a strong exposure to implementation, with a proven track record in making changes and using be self-motivated and driven to influence senior managers.

Well-versed with local/regional Employment Act and statutory guidelines.

Demonstrated strong understanding of business cycles with the ability to drive for results.

Analytical and good in number crunching skills.

Advanced user of MS Excel applications.

Ability to take conference calls in the US and Europe if need be.
