Position Title: Regional Key Account Manager


About the Team: Our dynamic Channel Sales team is dedicated to expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. We focus on building robust relationships with key accounts in the consumer durables sector, ensuring exceptional service and strategic alignment with our partners.

Role Overview: As the Regional Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding key account relationships within the consumer durables sector in the East Region of India.

Your responsibilities encompass strategic account management, fostering business development opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve shared objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Key Account Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts in the consumer durables sector across the East Region.

- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and enhance market share.

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, bolstering our portfolio of key accounts.

- Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations and manage contractual agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.

- Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate forecasts aligned with regional business goals.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.

- Customer Satisfaction: Proactively address customer concerns and uphold high levels of satisfaction.

- Revenue Growth: Set and achieve revenue targets for the East Region, implementing effective sales strategies.

- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to evaluate account performance and identify optimization opportunities.

- Promotions and Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute regional campaigns and initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the consumer durables sector, particularly in the East Region.

- Strong negotiation skills and strategic acumen.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Familiarity with the consumer durables industry in India, with a focus on the East Region.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and an analytical mindset.

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

- Experience collaborating with consumer durables retailers and large chains in the East Region.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the consumer durables industry.

- Working Conditions: Regional Key Account Managers primarily work in an office environment, with occasional travel within the East Region for client engagements and industry events.
