- The person will be responsible for Regional Sales, Generating revenue through HORECA/Institutional channel, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Business Tie Ups with Star Properties, Pubs, Corporate, Travel and Team Management of the entire sales team all over
- A Keen Planner, Strategist and Implementer with deftness in devising and implementing strategies aimed at ensuring effectiveness of operations, realization of sales and business promotion targets
- Building strategic business relationships with key associates in order to strengthen & sustain the business
- Developing and executing effective Business Plans to increase market share
- Achieving designated Volumes / profitability, while managing large and complex Accounts
- Will be accountable for Profitability, Forecasting Monthly/ Annual Sales targets, and executing them in a given time frame
- Leading and directing team to ensure that they successfully achieve their targets
Desired Candidate:
- Applicants should be Graduate/MBA and should have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in HoReCa Sales/Institutional Sales in Foods & Beverages industry
- A proven leadership skill in making a significant contribution towards developing and improving the Sales function.
