Talent Acquisition- :
- Manpower planning and budgetary control for TA in the region.
- Sourcing right fit for the approved vacancies.
- Handling a team of Resource managers/Zonal Managers/HR Personals across assigned region.
Talent Management :
- Driving Performance Management for the State.
- Goal settings.
- Issuing Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) to under performers.
- Performance counseling to the employees who fall under PIP. Retention of high performers.
Employee Engagement :
- Planning and organizing different engagement activities for the employees.
- Conducting Regional Leadership Programs for the Regions assigned.
- Nominations for Star of the Month/Champion for the employees post discussion with business teams.
Employee Relations :
- SPOC for all employees queries, complaints and grievances for the State.
- Submitting & Maintaining legal and statutory requirements licenses, Consents and returns under the various Acts and Rules.
- Management of Discipline, and discussions with Employee relations team for actions.
- Time office Management. Administration of Leave, Staff Loan, FFS, PF, Gratuity etc.
- Taking up the exit interview.
- Identifying reasons for employee exit and presenting it to the Top Management for future strategies.
HR Audit and Control :
- Every month visiting branches for Process Orientation and Grievance Handling also establishing connect and spreading awareness for new HR Processes and notes.
- Spreading awareness regarding the disciplinary measures and consequences of Fraud. Investigating the frauds with the Employee Relations and fraud control team.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for managing HR process efficiency with Business.
- Managing Business requirements and closures in TAT.
- Quick decision making capacity.
- Responsible for Proactive leadership activities.
