What you'll be doing

Regional HR Business Partner will be a part of Regional Leadership Team to enable the Regional Team and build & drive best in class organisation.

You will be responsible for.

- Responsible complete Hire to Retire for the geography

- Responsible for End to End Talent Acquisition process for the geography

- Reskilling and upskilling: identify training needs and assist the L&D function in aligning training programs with business objectives in concertation with the Corporate HR Team.

- Enable the team to be remain engaged and ensure that the team is committed at all point of time

- Building Strong Market Intelligence

- Ensuring Strong Employee Connect

- Coaching line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues

- Open to travel within the region
