Regional HR West (Recruitment & HR Ops) with a Top Telecom Brand
1. Responsible for all HR activities for West Region.
2. Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience in Recruitment and HR.
3. 60% Non-IT Hiring (Sales & leadership hiring) + 40% HR Ops and other HR transactions.
4. Closely work with various COEs in HR.
5. Involved in direct sourcing and hiring for all Sales & leadership hiring.
6. Business stakeholder management within the region and wherever applicable.
7. Independently carry out HR and hiring discussions and reviews with Business stakeholders.
