Geography - Karnataka and Kerela (additionally)

- Reporting to Zonal HR

- Responsible for 150 branches

- Employee base of approx 2000+

- Experience into micro loans is mandatory

- Team Leading Role

- 3 BHR and 3 Recruiters with 1 Team Lead > Regional HR > Zonal HR > National
