- Employer Branding
- Interact closely with Senior Management to finalise recruitment plans.
- Manage the delivery through response time, quality of the hire and costing
- Decide on right recruitment strategy and focusing on source mix
- Ensure the Recruitment is within the prescribed TAT
- Administer Psychometric Test
- Talent Acquisition analytics.
- Diverse sourcing channels.
