- Responsible for managing recruitment by understanding the hiring requirements from the line managers
- Keep close monitoring of budget number and make sure that there is minimum gap in budget v/s actual headcount. All positions are closed as per the defined TAT
- Completion of reference check and background verification for all new joinees
- Ensuring that the new hires fitments are in line with internal parity. keep close monitoring on the costs of new recruits
- Ensure smooth on-boarding of the new joinees.
- Effectively responding to employee-query regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
