Manpower Planning & Hiring Support
- Preparation of Manpower Budgets for the Region and ensuring proper dissemination of the same
- Support the Business in Hiring process for their respective Regions
Operational Management
- Ensuring adherence to the organization policies, processes & values at the Locations
- Developing & delivering various people initiatives and owning their implementation
- Proactively provide inputs to the Management on the HR policies, processes, Voice of Customer
- Support the Corporate HR team in implementing the organization policies & initiatives
- Continuously liaison with the Regional & State level business teams in understanding their expectations, issues & provide time-bound resolutions / suggestions
- Develop various reports & MIS to be circulated across to various stake holders along with operational documentation, attendance trends, attrition, disciplinary issues, etc.
People Engagement & Expectation Management
- Ensuring full transparency in implementation of HR Policies at Regional level
- Be an active and effective interface between the employees and the Corporate HR on all employee related issues.
- Ensure coordination of various L&D initiatives that are being driven from Head Office
- Support the Corporate HR in seamless administration of performance appraisal and incentive programs
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure proper compliance of various obligations and statutory laws as applicable to the state
