Regional HR Manager - Recruitment - BFSI

Our Client a leading Wealth Management and Broking Company requires a Regional HR Manager for their office in Bangalore. Male candidates preferred from reputed financial organizations only.

The role requires the candidate to have more than adequate exposure and experience into Talent Acquisition & various processes of Hiring.

Job Description:

- Identifying candidates through different source mix like Job Portal, Advertisements, Employee Referral, Manpower Consultancy, etc.

- Conducting Campus hiring from Graduates & MBA colleges.

- Ensuring to reduce the recruitment cost for entire region.

- Do continuous branch visits to create HR visibility and resolve the problems & query of employees.

- Engage employee in various employee engagement activities and create the belongings for the organization.

- Actively participate into sales RnR program and promote a healthy culture in the organization.

- Reduce employee grievance & close absconding, termination cases on high priority.

Qualification : MBA - HR

Experience : 7 Years +
