We have an urgent opening for a Reputed Housing Finance Company for Regional HR Manager profile for Pune location

Role :

1. Plan & execute appropriately the HR functions and activities adhering to Regional HR budget drawn up at beginning of Financial year recd. fm HO HRD

2. Personnel administration for the zone: Maintaining and updating database and records of regional employees, maintenance of registers and disciplinary processes, Joining, Exits, etc.

3. Provide updated information in the form of Zonal HR MIS on monthly basis , add value to the same and furnishing the same to HO HRD

4. Ongoing review of all existing systems – Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Succession & Career planning, Welfare activities, Personnel administration, HR automation, Employee relations & communication, Separations, disciplinary procedures for the Zone and provide suggestions.

5. Draw long-term & short term plans for Zonal HR aligned with HO HRD objectives and annual strategy.

6. Communication, administration and maintenance of Policies – recd. fm HO HRD and provide regional inputs on the same.

7. Be involved in reviewing Operational and other team members objectives periodically ( For the year, six monthly and quarterly ) along with the Regional/ Zonal Manager.

8. Timely checking and responding to escalations from Branches of the zone with respect to all HR matters.

9. Conduct monthly review meetings with Zonal/ Regional Head – Ops, Regional Accounts head and other key personnel to monitor progress and achievement of job objectives for HR.

10. Personal visits to major branches twice a year and certain other locations once a year.

11. Involvement in standardization & administration of office assets / equipments/ personnel.

12. Ensure compliance of appropriate statutory procedures – to audit six monthly.

13. Ensure that all HR plans set in are complied with as per timelines. Any modifications should also be made with timelines.

14. Devise measures to Exercise control on Zonal expenses like telephone, travel, and others through suitable policies and awareness among employees.

15. Review and communication with branches and RO on contract Manpower, HR policies, newsletter, employees, statutory compliances, etc. Also various motivational and welfare activities for the Zone.

16. Orienting employees to company policies, procedures, develop role clarity and strengthen interpersonal relations through Periodic communiqués and Programs.

17. Identify training needs and development of Zonal employees. Conduct Training programs on various skills for the team and also augment the learning with External Training Programs. To review and measure post Training progress of employees. To maintain database on the same.

18. Identify & coordinate suitable agencies for outsourcing HR processes , as per organizational needs from time to time .

19. Co ordination with all Area/ Regional/ Zonal Managers as well as HO HRD

20. To monitor and benchmark HR practices prevalent in the industry for the region.
