Position: Regional Manager HR

PROFILE REQUIREMENT:
Qualification: Full-time MBA from a top B-school preferably XLRI/TISS/MDI/SCHMRD (2007 - 2003 Batch)
Experience: 6 - 9 years professional work experience in HR with at least 2 years experience in ER / IR.
Industry: FMCG / Retail / Manufacturing / Healthcare.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
SCOPE
- Role shall be responsible for 5 -6 locations in South, with direct Span of Control of 5-6 HR Managers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY:
1. Lead the People Engagement Mandate for the region. Partner with locational teams to implement effective people initiatives & interventions
2. Strategic development of the Region by operationalising a progressive, business focused employee relations strategy (ER Road Map) that meets the current and future needs of the organization.
3. Drive Employee life cycle HR processes for the region. (E.g. Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Progressions, Recognition etc.)
4. Drive Talent mapping and succession planning for critical roles within the region in coordination with corporate talent management team.
5. Drive Capability Building Mandate (Functional / Leadership Development) for the Region.
6. Coach & Develop local teams on Key HR Process, Employee Relation Issues, Change Management, Grievances Handling, and Disciplinary action.
7. Institutionalizing the processes & systems at the units to have effective control & compliance.
