Regional HR Manager - FMCG - XLRI/TISS

Urgently looking for Regional HR Head role for Delhi NCR with leading Consumer/FMCG organisation.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5-8 year (Post MBA)

Key Roles:

- Implementing HR Initiatives.

- Point of contact for all regional departments.

- Leading the talent acquisition for the region.

- Candidate will also be responsible for leading all hr generalist role.

Essential Requirement:

- Looking HR with 5-8 post MBA experience from TIER-1 B-schools only (XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD, SIBM).

- Prior experience into Sales HR and ER is essential.

- Need to have prior experience into team handling.
