As a Regional HR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the regional team by identifying and developing solutions based on business priorities.
What you will do:
- Hiring the right talent for the job based on the competencies required for the role
- Ensuring people connect to influence a positive work culture
- Aligning with business and work in collaboration with cross functional teams across the region to support day to day HR people agenda
- Planning and executing the HR activities in the region to enhance the positive work environment
- Planning the execution of activities like employee engagement, driving talent management agenda, attrition analysis, career planning & mobility, people related initiatives on care and motivation, performance management
- Motivating, mentoring and guiding the team on regular basis
- Ensuring Staff Governance
- Analyzing and assessing early warning signals (Attrition, Fraud, Disciplinary issues, Performance issues etc.) and taking corrective action
- Being end-to-end responsible for managing internal stakeholders
What you need to have:
- MBA in HR/MSW or Graduation
- 3-5 years and above experience in HR with focus on Talent Acquisition and Business HR activities
- Local Knowledge, ability to adapt to the geography
- Good communicator with the ability to articulate ideas
- Clarity of thoughts
- Service Orientation
