Experience : 7+ years of work experiences in HR with BFSI industry

NOTE : 50% talent acquisition+ 50% HR activities

Industry : Broking

Location : Kolkata

Job Role :

- Work with hiring managers to determine personnel requirements.

- Establish criteria for selection.

- Use online channels to find possible applicants (e.g., social media platforms and professional networks). Plan interview and selection methods, such as phone screenings, evaluations, and face-to-face interviews. Set performance goals and evaluate the HR departments.

- Increase the diversity of the workforce.

- Work with managers to get a thorough grasp of the company's current and future hiring requirements.

- Keep track of hiring KPIs and make adjustments as needed.

- Recognize trends and propose solutions to boost employee performance, retention, and engagement.

- Create and implement policies to guarantee that the company's objectives are met.

- Examine and enhance all HR procedures, such as new employee onboarding and induction, performance management, and so on.

- Create and implement effective training programmes for new and existing employees.
