Regional HR Manager - BFS

Roles& Responsibilities:

- Source & attract top talent for specific verticals across the region by creating innovative strategies to locate& select talent

- This role 60 % into talent acquisition and 40 % into Business Partnering

- Execute the annual employee recruitment plan along with Business/ Regional heads

- Recruitment against attritions & vacant positions as per business/ manpower plan

- Ensuring the actual are maintained against the budget through quality hiring

- Ensuring healthy source mix & devising plan to promote low cost sourcing channels

- Manage& improve efficiency in offer to joining ratio, joining to sustenance period

- Vendor Management & stakeholder management- hold regular meetings with business stakeholders& externa stakeholders to review & define sourcing needs& develop sourcing strategies for short & long term requirements

- Ensuring all the on boarded employees undergoes the product induction program & company induction session

- Visiting branches to ensure connect with employees

- Ensuring completion of goal setting & appraisal process to ensure timely completion of appraisals
