Senior Manager

For a LEADING RETAIL Company ( HQ - Dubai)

MBA from a PREMIER Business School

Experience ; 8 + Years

SUMMARY

- To drive HR processes and initiatives that will support organizational growth. Ensure adherence to the HR policies and procedures in line with the Corporate HR philosophy, business requirements and budgets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Regional HR Operations

- Adherence & Implementation to the HR policies/ initiatives in the territory

- Ensure timely and accurate salary inputs including monthly incentives

- To track competition activities like salary structure, Organization Structure & HR Practices

Talent Acquisition

- Preparing annual manpower budget as per the manning norms

- Talent Acquisition of grade other than R3, as per the recruitment SOPs

- Ensure adherence to recruitment SOP’s

- Manage the resource pool from the educational institutes, NGOs and industry contacts to improve efficiency of the various channels of recruitment

- Plan, drive and achieve recruitment targets within the allocated budget as per the manning model

Talent Management

- Ensuring timely induction for new joinees with the help of Regional Talent Transformation team across the region

- Implement employee engagement initiatives at the stores as per the Engagement calendar

- Analyze reasons for attrition and address the same across the region

- Coordinate the Performance Management System, monitor the process ensuring its effectiveness and adherence to timelines

- Address grievances and ensure timely and effective redressal of the same as per the corporate guidelines

- Drive the Launch Pad , Stepping Stone ,LEAP initiatives and Referral Program at the region

Workplace Services

- Ensuring effective & timely preparation of MIS

- Handling Medi claim Issues/ related queries & claims follow ups

- Providing accurate & timely data related to mediclaim, GPA & earned leaves

- Conduct employee surveys and sharing feedback

Statutory Compliances

- Ensure implementation of various statutory compliances

- Audit of HR processes at stores to ensure compliance to the SOP’s
