Title : Regional HR Head (MP, Rajasthan, Gujarat)
Position reporting to and based at: Functional reporting to National HR Head and administratively to Region head – sales, based at Jaipur
Key Responsibilities
Manpower planning, recruitment and retention
- Constantly monitor the manpower strength and carry out recruitment activities based on the requirements
- Responsible to bring in innovation and creativity in sourcing the right candidate for the SBU
- Monitor centralized (state-wise) recruitment and induction activities to increase the interest and motivation levels of new recruits, thereby addressing attraction and retention of new recruits.
- Monitor retention of employees in coordination with head CRCs, diagnose the causes of attrition and track high flyers. Collect feedback from exit interviews.
- Implement the 3-tier retention strategy of "Hand-holding", "Shadowing" and "Build and Coach a Winning Team".
Training and Development
- Organize and conduct soft skills training programs, based on needs identified through discussions with function heads (training calendar).
- Organize Sales Training Programs for enhancing productivity with the support of divisional and SBU Head
- Conduct Leadership Development Programs
Performance management
- Monitor progression and carry out focused Assessment Board Meetings to promote deserving candidates.
- Monitor constantly the productivity of high flyers
- Evaluate health of CRCs through HR Index.
- Facilitate Performance Review and Development System, analyze data to identify high / poor performers and suggest corrective action.
Leveraging best human resource practices
Benchmark global human resources developments and practices. Encourage adoption and rapid implementation of best practices.
Employee relations
Person Specification
- Masters Degree in Human Resource
- Experience of 6 + years
- Candidate to be proactive with good interpersonal skills
- This role will necessitate travel on a regular basis/ minimum 5 to 10 days in a month or as per requirement
