Regional HR North & Employee Engagement Champion - For one of the countries leading Car rental company

Custodian for end to end HR for North managing multiple locations, entire Employee Life Cycle & Employee Engagement at corporate

Role Deliverables :

- Work with Business Partners to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives

- The person will play a key role in driving productivity improvements through performance management & capability building across the sales & service workforce

- Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues reaching a win-win situation

- Partner with the Business to increase engagement levels and create plans to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential

- Ensure Recruitment & Man days are as per plan
