Job Description : - Operational HR Activities - Independently handling HR Operations for the Region -&nbsp;Employee Requisitions, Offers, Appointments, Confirmations, Transfers, Exits, and&nbsp;Employee Benefits. - Recruitment - Driving recruitment as per approved organogram. On roll to module&nbsp;manpower to be 95% at all times with Recruitment TAT of 45 days. - MIS - Updating MIS data, reports and SAP actions. - Employee Relations and Employee Engagement- Solving employee queries and issues. - Connecting with employees to check if there are any issues. Traveling to various&nbsp;locations in the region, doing field working to understand employee issues. - Organising&nbsp;activities in the Region to build a healthy working environment. - Coordination and execution for yearly Organogram, PMS and quarterly Performance review at region. Conducting Assessment Board for the region. - Joining formalities and Induction coordination. HR operations and infrastructure&nbsp;arrangement for all new and current employees. - Introducing the new joinees to the organization's functioning, culture and values. - Educating employees on HR policies. Spreading EFL culture. - Coordinating and implementation of Training modules in the region - Participate in zonal business meetings and analysis of TIC performance based on 6/7 days field visits
