REPORTING TO : Zonal HR Head MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB : Manage the HR business partnering for a cluster of Bharti AXA Life. Manage the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs, employee relations, Labour law compliance, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, recruiting and staffing logistics for all the employees in the cluster. Work with Regional stakeholders in key people decisions, movements etc. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: KEY ACTIVITIES: Recruitment: - To ensure staffing of budgeted headcount while maintaining quality and source mix within agreed timelines. - Reduce deviation cases (salary, level and city category) to 10% of total hire in sales (FLS and MoM) - Zero expense overrun on recruitment budget - Balance Source Mix - Employee Engagement & Development - Deliver on the employee engagement plan resulting in improvement of Employee Scope & Sales Scope - Deliver structured interventions on development of FLS and MOM level employees to impact quality of performance. - Increase engagement index and development dimension by 2 basis points per cluster year on year. - Engagement & Development activities at FLS level. - Drive incubation of employees for 0-90 days vintage while partnering with training - Own and drive quarterly behavioral / skill development training & related interventions for FLS employees, in partnership with distribution training - Support promotion and progression "moments of truth" through the data and feedback of the engagement initiatives - Engagement & Development activities at MOM level - Deliver on the induction and onboarding of new and first time MoMs in partnership with distribution training - Sustained & structured dialogue on business and people challenges and partner with the MoM on delivering customized initiatives to the teams/cluster Retention Management: - Deliver higher level of retention through targeted performance management, productivity and behavioral interventions. - Reduce attrition by 2 basis points per cluster year on year. - Retention Initiatives at FLS level - Quarterly PRDP discussion - One on one discussion with FLS about his current goal sheet, shortfall, support required & incentive earning - Identifying 10% bottom performers per branch in a quarter and work with them to ensure that they don't fall into MPS bucket. - Partner with distribution training and line manager to drive focused interventions with employees under PIP/MPS bucket to improve their performance - Retention Initiatives at MOM level - Consistent dialogue with zonal stake holders to identify employee segments (Disengaged Employee - absenteeism/punctuality/biasness, At Risk - Manager & above & Critical employees - Top performers) and execute retention/manage out activities for these categories. HR Operations: - Consistently deliver on all HR Operations as a matter of hygiene, with prescribed quality adhering to TAT. Statutory Compliance at 100%: - All onboarding (Ecode, Joining Mandate, BGV) & Exit formalities (FNF) to be completed within TAT. - Grievance redressal to be addressed within 3 working days before any escalations. - Logbook of potential escalations on performance based discussions, sexual harassment, people / behavior incidents etc. KEY CUSTOMERS: - Line Managers in Sales-Agency, DSF, Banca, Group, CAB, Channel Operations, Administration, Distribution Training & Distribution services - All COE functions in HR. - Recruitment vendors.
