Roles & Responsibilities
1. Managing TASC sales (primarily Savings Accounts, Current Accounts & Term Deposits) by effectively leading a direct team of ClusterHead - TASC alongwith self sourced business. TASC RMs may report directly to Circle Head - TASC or through Cluster Heads TASC (in larger geographies) with direct reporting span not exceeding 10.
2. Effective market scoping & identifying untapped potential within the geography for expanding acquisition pipeline
3. Ownership of business /budgets of the entire segment (i.e. TASC channel, Liability sales & Branch Banking) both in terms of NTB acquisition & ETB portfolio build -up
4. Develop strong synergy with leadership teams of other Liability Sales & Branch banking for driving segment level performance in the Circle
5. Ownership of increasing CMS penetration in entire portfolio through Cross-sale of digital/nond-digital Payments & Collection solutions & delivering perforamance as per stated business objectives
6. Responsibity of income generation through Forex/Retail Assets/Insurance/SME products as well
7. Responsibility of TASC Portfolio growth in your geography by cementing strong connect with the topmost clients of the Circle & ensuring the same for respective portfolios mapped to each Relationship Manager - TASC of the team
8. Strategic sales planning (long-term & short-term) alongwith team management for consistently achieving month-on -month budgets
Skills required
- Experience in sales, relationship management & and providing solutions to customers. Institutional sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills - ability to speak with coviction using data & logic
- Aptitude in building rapport with professionals at various levels of organization & outside environment
- Good team -management & leadership skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Should be conversant with guidelines of KYC, General banking products & CMS products
