Regional Head - Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with Company's short-term and long-term objectives.
Recruitment Process Management : Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify high-potential candidates, Experience in handling/managing bulk and niche hiring including online sourcing, networking, social media, and employee referrals.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Employer Branding: Enhance Company's employer brand by promoting our company culture, values, and opportunities through various channels, including career fairs, industry events, and online platforms.
Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for each role.
Data Analysis: Track key recruitment metrics and analyze data to optimize hiring processes, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Onboarding and Integration: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and equipped to succeed in their roles.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
