One of our clients are looking for Regional Heads in Talent Acquisition to head regional functions.
Key areas of function of the position would include :
- Must be TA specialist understanding key functions
- Implementation of Recruitment strategy,
- Policy and system development .
- Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist in Creation of Organization structure, development of Job descriptions and roles at all levels in the organization.
- Ensure and maintain a high performance culture through effective performance management, training and coaching in line with Organizational values and ethics.Ensure continuous skill up-gradation.Understand conducting psychometric tests.
- Need hands experience in handling People-soft HRMS.
- TA modules
- Prepare annual TA Budget.Prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Annual TA MIS on TA KPIs
- Handling a team of HR Recruiters
Education : MBA in HR
