Our client, a leading player in the BFSI segment is looking out for a Regional Talent Acquisition Head to be based at Mumbai.
The ideal candidates should be MBA - HR (2 yrs Full Time) from reputed institutes with 8 to 12 years' experience, with a core focus in Talent Acquisition.
- The individual would be responsible for managing the Talent Acquisition requirement for the region across business verticals and manage a TA team under him / her.
- Responsible for overall resource management, channel management and cost management for talent acquisition
- Stakeholder management for all manpower planning and resource fulfilment.
- Responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of Mass Recruitment Drives, Campus Drives, Niche Role Drives and eChannel drive
- Collaborating with the Social Media team to implement innovative talent acquisition campaigns
- Partnering with Capability Building team as well as HR Processes & Analytics team to build robust talent pipeline
- Partnering with Business to create agility of decision-making Sticking and managing SLAs with line so that recruitment is faster and pro-active
- Ensuring TAT and helping in process improvement of recruitment, candidate communication & experience delivering exemplary candidate experience by processing applications as per defined TATs
- Stakeholder & Team Management Creating strategic alliances with business units to close demands in a timely manner
- Working closely with business units in order to understand the bottle necks and providing best possible solution
- Managing productivity of recruitment officers mapped to the team HR Operations Maintaining accurate candidate data on E-Rec in a timely manner Ensuring offer processing in compliance with prescribed TATs
- Analytics for TA vertical, design and implement Staffing dashboard to all Business stakeholders
- Responsible for design and management for TA performance on multiple parameters
