- Demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets Q-o-Q.
- Extensive rounded experience in managing/operating automotive spare parts mainly lubricants, batteries etc.
- Track record in turning around/Transforming auto spares mainly lubricants, batteries etc..
- Develop network of exceptional relationships with key industry influencers, customers and partners thereby enhancing the organisation mindshare
- Identify new opportunities within our Enterprise accounts, engaging meaningfully with C level and Executive stakeholders
- Coach the team to execute strategic account plans and conduct regular business review to ensure alignment
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, remove and report blockers, and contribute to a seamless and consistent global customer experience.
- Create a regional business account strategy, with global vision and local implementation
- Head-up monthly & quarterly business review cadence with account sponsors, to track progress on priorities and targets.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
- Experience of adopting rigorous sales methodologies ensuing accurate forecasting
- Fluent written and spoken English and Local language.
