- Identify opportunities to sell all products and services (i.e. Cash credit, Over Draft, BG, LC, pre shipment / post shipment, Liabilities).
- Market identification and development for a geographical location basis proper identification of sector and industries suitable for our products.
- Coordination with Risk, Legal and CAD team for Post sanctioning and Limit set up of the cases.
- Growth of the portfolioTo maintain healthy Book size, ROI and ANR
- Analysing product requirements to existing customers, Credit Management & Housekeeping: This includes timely renewals, obtaining and closing deferrals, plant and site visits and preparation of call memos, obtaining and deciphering stock statements, quarterly results, insurance and Trade overdraft management.
- To manage cross-sell and top- up sales to eligible clients.
- To ensure early bucket delinquency management for the team.
- Ensuring strict adherence to compliance
- Ensuring maximisation of revenue through trade and forex
- Ensuring timely pay out of the channels
- Keeping check on the attrition of the existing portfolio and the team.
