Job Description-

Looking for a Regional Head with one of the small finance banks

Position- Regional Head

Reporting To: Zonal Head

Responsible for the overall P&L performance of the Region. Oversigh for Business Target achievement, Operations, Customer Relationship, Portfolio Quality, Audit & Compliance, HR Process adherence, hiring, engagement and Talent Management within the region.

Key Activities

Regional Budgeting

Business Monitoring and Review

Portfolio Quality Review

Participating in Regional Industry body meets

Customer Interactions

Escalation Handling

Implementation of Business and IT processes

Building Relationships with critical stakeholders such as Law enforcement etc.

Implementation of Audit and Compliance processes and recommendations

Business MIS and Reporting

Implementation of HR processes, programs etc.

Performance Management process participation and Management

Participation and program management of Employee Engagement programs / processes

HR and talent review

Participation in Hiring Process
