Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Head - Small Business Banking for a leading bank in Mumbai.

The Regional Head will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of bankers who will be responsible for managing business banking portfolios for small and medium enterprises. The Regional Head will be responsible for driving sales growth, cash management, and team management to ensure that financial services are delivered to these businesses in an efficient and effective manner.

- Sales skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent problem-solving ability

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets

- Experience in banking or financial services is a plus

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
