Regional Head / Senior Manager - Global Sales - Semiconductor / Embedded
- Strategic Business Growth: Develop and execute global business development strategies to drive sales and expand market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance revenue streams.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for business growth.
- Analyze customer needs and market demands to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking and securing new partnerships.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Sales Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive sales plans and execute initiatives to meet or exceed targets.
- Utilize effective sales techniques and negotiation skills to close deals and achieve revenue objectives.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, including prospecting, lead generation, and opportunity conversion.
- Track and report key performance indicators, sales metrics, and forecasts.
- Global Market Expansion: Identify and explore opportunities for market expansion on a global scale.
- Develop a deep understanding of international markets and cultural nuances.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Oversee contract management processes, including compliance and renewal negotiations.
- Team Leadership (applicable for Senior): Provide leadership and mentorship to a sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the team's skills.
Ideal Candidate:
- 10 to 15 years of strong experience in Sales in Semiconductor/Embedded
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Global Exp in either geo - USA / EUROPE / APAC / Japan / South Korea
- Services Sales preferred
- Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and global business landscapes.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in negotiating and closing complex deals.
- Willingness to travel as required.
