We are currently retained by a leading Security and Investigations firm to hire a Regional head for their security services division.
The role will oversee company operations and foster an inclusive culture that empowers team members to excel and aligns with organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business expansion by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Lead P&L management to develop financial plans, streamline site operations, and establish policies and processes.
- Assess and address team training and development needs.
- Generate monthly management reports, profit and loss statements, and annual budgets.
- Oversee manned and digital security, KPIs, client billing, and vendor payments.
- Monitor day-to-day operations, drive organic growth, and implement client-focused innovations and initiatives.
- Ensure the functionality of security systems, including physical security, electronic security systems, and firefighting equipment.
To fit the bill, you must have:
- A track record of 12+ years in Operations management
- Exceptional leadership qualities, marked by unwavering determination and personal integrity.
- Proficiency in advanced business planning and a keen grasp of emerging technologies
- Strong command of data analysis and performance metrics.
- Quick problem-solving abilities and a knack for anticipating potential issues
