Position : Regional Manager - Sales & Distribution-Banking Segment
Location : Mumbai
Salary: Hike based on current salary
Job Profile :
- The position is responsible for prospecting, selling & managing RMs / Sales people in business organizations in the particular area, who are also into mutual funds.
- Ensure effective and smooth relationship with assigned banking/national distributors in the region for growth in business.
- Responsible for prospecting, selling & managing RMs / Sales people / business leaders in business organizations in the region, who are also into mutual funds.
- Developing business through consultative engagement with Branch managers / Senior RMs / Regional Heads/National Heads etc.
- Mapping the opportunity for primary selling, relationship managing & cross selling a range of M.F (investment) Products.
- Driving local level contest & tie-up’s.
- Influence decision making at senior levels of Banks/national distributors.
- Conducting fund manager con-calls & meets on regular basis.
- Driving sales from private wealth management teams of the banks.
- Responsible for achieving Sales Targets of the region, Sales patterns in the market.
- Market & industry analysis.
- Team Management.
Knowledge / Skill / Experience
- AMFI certification compulsory.
- Exposure to M.F industry will be added advantage.
- Ready to expand job portfolio horizontally.
