Regional Head - Sales - Salary Accounts (2-13 yrs)
Client - A leading Private Sector Bank
Job Location - Chennai, Bangalore
Key Deliverables :
- Handling Corporate Salary business of the organization for Chennai/Bangalore Region which includes new sourcing of salary accounts as well as old salary relationship maintenance for cross selling Assets and attachments, covering the branches in assigned territory.
- Managing a team of Acquisition RM's and Service Managers for sourcing salary accounts across the assigned region.
- Responsible for new acquisition business and balance sheet growth.
- Drive cross sell income for the location.
Key Responsibilities :
- Formulating business strategies and strategic utilization and deployment of available resources to achieve organizational business objectives.
- Overseeing marketing and sales operations for achieving increased growth & profitability.
- Identifying prospective clients, generating business from new accounts & developing them to achieve consistent profitability. Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.
- Identifying and developing channel partners for achieving business volumes consistently and profitably.
- Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements. Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market shares. Brand image building and awareness campaigns.
- Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
