Looking for Senior Sales/Regional/Zonal Head - to launch a financial product catering to real estate sector which will be a one-stop solution to all the customer's needs
- Alliances/ Tie up with multiple real estate developers - offering them and their clients a comprehensive financial solution
- Close coordination with other verticals of the organization/leverage their network to improve revenues
- Customer acquisition - direct as well as indirect - offering them the financial benefit of the product
- Resolve customer queries
- Solution-based selling concepts - should be adept in consultative selling
- Lead the team from the front
Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferably a CA or an MBA with finance as a specialization.
- 10+ years of experience doing business development of financial products in NBFC / Bank / Insurance Sector / Real Estate / Fintech Organization.
- Good Builder relationship/developer connect - added advantage
- Exceptionally good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Requires a basic understanding of credit and market intelligence of the real estate sector.
