&nbsp;Role At Kolkata: - Managing payment business for the assigned region - Responsible for top line building product depth distribution, transaction volume and merchant experience - Work closely with the support functions and another verticals for delivery of goods. - Reporting to Head of Sales - Will be handling WB, Orissa, NE, Bihar and Jharkhand. - Estimated monthly business of Rs 500 Cr; - Direct team of about 40 people plus extended 3rd party team of about 500 FOS. Role at Bangalore: - Managing payment business for the assigned region - Responsible for top line building product depth distribution, transaction volume and merchant experience - Work closely with the support functions and another verticals for delivery of goods. - Reporting to Head of Sales - Will be handling Karnataka and Kerala, - Monthly business of Rs 700 Cr - Direct team of about 70 people plus extended 3rd party team of about 800 FOS The Person : - Young, dynamic, pragmatic and passionate - Prior Experience of handling / establishing retail distribution channels in FMCG, Telecom(only ZBM &amp; above)/Payment Businesses. - 10 to 12 years of experience in managing / developing the same geography and managed diverse customer business - Preferably from a Tier I Institute - The Job will require extensive travelling.
