Regional Head - Sales/Operations - Healthcare/Retail/Telecom

Job Location: Mumbai

Looking for a person with - MBA full time from a decent institute etc. with about 12-20 years of experience, primarily in Operations to handle P&L, Customer care, Financial, Sales

- Ensure fulfillment of demand and orders - by planning and tracking utilization, recruitment and manpower planning across branches

- Support creation and execution of customer retention and engagement plan with support and approval of the corporate sales and marketing teams

- Track and manage customer service quality index across the branches and the verticals

- Track and close escalations, and monitor customer complaints- management and closure by branches

- Establish branches in the region and the right location - do the feasibility study and set up the branch within the budget and timelines

- Create the manpower plan and budget for the region and branches; manage and report on the same along with the BMs

- Plan and review the performance and each branch and vertical

- Manage the obligations and statutory requirements as per govt rules pertaining to the region

- Work with internal audit to understand and close all audit issues across the branches in the region

- Create the budget for the branches and regions; track and manage the same to ensure there are no variances

- Manage the allocated budgets for local sales and promotion activities

- Hold regular communication events with branches and employees to ensure alignment, recognition and to understand feedback

- Manage and review performance of the BMs and the branches

- Manage employee engagement and retention

- Manage the branches as a sales channel for customer acquisition and repeat customers - track conversion of calls and solve issues and challenges to enhance conversion rates

- Support and fulfill local sales and promotion activities as directed by the corporate teams
