Position : Regional Head Sales

Vedantu is an interactive online tutoring platform where teachers provide school tuitions to students over the internet, using a real-time virtual learning environment named WAVE (Whiteboard Audio Video Environment), a technology built in-house. Vedantu is said to operate on a marketplace model for teachers, where students can browse, discover and choose to learn from an online tutor of their choice.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Sale of a business products or services in a specified region or geographical area. The regional sales manager provides ongoing support to distribute and produce to product or service. To manages a sales team in the specified area.

- To determine the operational practices of all stores in the area, making sure each runs smoothly, cleanly, complies with marketing and sales campaigns and meets budget and sales goals. To create and maintain budgets, and coordinate with and report to senior management in the company.

Skills required:

- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Hard negotiating skills

- Good interpersonal relationship.

- Desire to excel in sales

- Energetic & enthusiastic

- Approachable, positive attitude, team player with competitive zeal

Candidates who have done their MBA will be preferred.
