Regional Head Sales (South Zone) - MNC FMCG FOOD MAJOR
Job Role :
- Achievement of MS gain and profitability objectives set for the Zone
- Managing the business in the Zone through team of- 20 - 25 people.
- Training and development of sales and administration teams and to develop successors .
- Monitor, evaluate & provide feedback on performance of ASMs.
- Implement channel incentive scheme and ensure control measures and cost controls.
- Channel management and expansion as per need of the business.
- Implement marketing plan and promotion, pricing, product mix & distribution policies of the company in- the Zone.
- Gather information on competitors’ activities in the region and act upon it for CO’s benefit.
- Control entire accounting and all audit related queries.
- Coordinate with marketing for new product introduction, pricing and promotions and quality.
- To drive & implement strategic initiatives from time to time- within Zone
- To enhance the productivity of the team.
- To increase the overall reach in all teams
- Reporting to Sales Director
Candidate Requirement:
- Total 12 -16 years Sales experience out of which minimum 8 years in retail FMCG Sales environment.
- Experienced in South Regional Business strategy development and implementation.
- Having Strong Leadership & Motivating skills.
- Sound knowledge and exposure to Route-to-market strategy
- Candidates from Top 20 B schools MBA with Sound Knowledge of South Market & Languages, will only be preferred
- Candidates currently in a Sales Manager role only apply
- Minimum 12 yrs Experience is a must
