Regional Head - Sales - FMCD

- Plan, direct or coordinate the actual distribution/ movement of product to the Dealers/ Distributors/ Consumers for the assigned region. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales goals & territories for assigned region.

- Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers pertaining to assigned region.

- Set up the Infrastructure and Appointing financially strong Business Partners / Distributor/Dealer network for the company for region assigned.

- Explore more State & District for business generation for New Products & New Areas

- Enable business growth by developing and managing a network of Channel Partners/Dealers across the territory

- Assess marketing potential of new and existing store locations, considering statistics and expenditure
