Job Description
Reporting to the VP Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Driving sales across all channels
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase the market share
- Ensuring month on month achievement of sales targets
- Periodically connecting with distributors to grow relationship
- Gathering market/competitor intelligence from Regional Sales managers
- Motivating and leading sales team to establish coverage, distribution and display objectives
- Working with HR team to identify training needs
- Conducting timely reviews as per sales governance model
- Ensuring territory wise distributor to retailer mapping records are maintained and updated
Profile:
An ideal candidate should be an MBA with a min experience of 11 years in Channel sales. Candidate from FMCG and Tyres industries would be preferred but our client is also open to look at Consumer durable and telecom space. An ideal candidate should be a fast tracker and a go-getter.
