Role: Regional Head - Sales & Business Development
Location: Hyderabad
Looking for a customer obsessed, data driven self-starter to join a growing team (Series B funded). As Regional Sales Head, you will be responsible for expanding the brand presence in your region. Working closely with the head of sales, you will be required to develop a strong understanding of the solution, market, customers, competition and be able to translate this knowledge into market leadership in your city/region
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for the city/region to meet business targets
- Develop a deep understanding of product as well as the employee transportation space
- Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding sales progress and challenges to transportation automation in your geography
- Establish the brand in your city/region.
Requirements:
- At least 4+ years of experience in B2B /corporate sales/business development engagements
- Prior experience in working with start-ups, young companies would be a key advantage
- Bachelor's degree and MBA (Tier 1/2 colleges only)
- Strong bias for action and maturity/motivation to work in a work out of home start-up environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (read power point)
- Prior experience in the cab transportation industry, knowledge of SaaS / Internet technologies would be a plus
