Job Purpose: To achieve sales targets & Collaborate with Senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region, and ensure timely payment and collections, market intelligence, coordination and development of the team Key Responsibilities: - Strategic planning & annual budgeting for a portfolio of all brands: - Budgeting and achievement of sales volume, sales growth, brand profit and market share objectives - Long term and short term demand forecasting brand wise/marketwise for his portfolio of all brands which will be the input in capacity planning - Monitoring the performance of all the brand in the market place: This will involve interactive liaison with the sourcing regional/branch offices and extensive travel in the core/focus markets for all the brands - Monitor on a regular basis of the stock, off the shelf movement of the brand vis-- -vis competition, distribution efficiency and effectiveness - Manpower planning & Subordinate development - To ensure achievement of budgets on a monthly/annual basis - sales and profits (both primary and secondary sales) - To constantly evolve ways to increase market share for each brand/market - report competitor activity and constantly plan and implement localized promotions - To hold review meetings for each region with Branch Manager or ASM or ASE - To cover market/major distributors (specified by volumes for each region) on a regular basis - maintain excellent rapport with key trade/institutional parties. Reporting to- Sales Head (South &East) Extensive knowledge about the sales management. Excellent planning and organising skills.
