Functional Responsibilities:
- To manage the region profitability by constantly endeavoring to increase market share and revenue.
- Ensuring optimal productivity and costs management.
- Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets. Decide and implement region specific innovative strategies to meet business targets and goals.
- Managing Healthy Team of Area Managers, Branch Managers & RMs for the entire Region. Recruiting and retaining high performers.
- To mentor and monitor the performance and learning development of Relationship Managers.
- Responsible for managing and deepening existing clients' relationships and setting up strategies to do focused acquisition of new clients in the segment.
- Creating a strong & compliant business culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and a strong input driven Sales process.
- Give regular feedback for improvement in product and process on a continuous basis for all large clients, take joint calls with team to convert business and lead from the front Job
Qualifications: MBA Experience Min 12+ years relevant experience in Banking and Wealth domain Functional Competencies Strong understanding of the wealth management industry Understanding of Financial products
