Qualification: PGDBA / MBA - HR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Managing end to end Recruitment & On-boarding lifecycle for IT and NON IT hiring.
- Work with business leaders to develop HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives, to identify and solve problems.
- Develop HR policies and processes and improvise upon the existing system/policies and processes
- Prepare Manpower plan based on the business strategy for people allocation, Movement and identify employee skills-sets and developmental needs through competency gap analysis and any other suitable methods
- Handle attrition, exit interviews, and staff retention measures.
- Manage Volume hiring for the south region
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
- Ability to connect with various business stakeholders and provide strategic foresight and support on HR service delivery
- In-depth knowledge on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, attrition and retention
- Demonstrated capabilities as an individual contributor and as a team leader in the past.
- Ability to perform under tight deadlines and produce a measurable output
- Adept at thinking on the feet and finding solutions to complex problems
- Exposure of HR operations
- Strong analytical mindset with a bend for attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
