Regional Head - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

- Heading end to end Real Estate Expansion in the assigned region for growth of Dark Store and Warehouses, regional sites.

- Project management of launches of all the new launches of facilities with Real estate, Legal, Compliance, Project, HR and other relevant teams

- Responsible for Real Estate Acquisitions Planning, Selection and Expansion

- Supervise all activities of property acquisition and encompass sourcing & site visits, research and matters pertaining to property acquisition.

- Carrying out valuation, negotiation of property and as well as authentication/verification check of registered property title documents.

- Lease Management and Negotiation

- Facility Development and Optimization

- Supply Chain Integration

- Compliance and Regulatory Requirements

- Risk Management

- Strategize and Oversee property search and acquisition

- Plan & arrange site visits, conduct price negotiations and coordinate with brokers &landlords

- Keep a track on new property requirements nationally

- Manage renewal & termination of lease agreements in coordination with the Legal team

- Maintain MIS for Real Estate function, nationally, manage database for all lease agreements

- Work experience in new site acquisition, commercial leasing, warehouse leasing and contracting

- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle end to end property closures
