Regional Lead/ PM - OTC Derivatives
Our Client is worlds largest Investment bank looking for Service Management Regional Head / Project Manager in the are of OTC derivatives
Person will be responsible for managing regional service management team which is responsible for following functions :
- Defining data requirements, transformation and enrichment logic for sourcing Business trade and reference data to meet regulatory reporting requirements.
- Standardizing requirements cross product and across regional hubs to ensure that the efforts of each asset class are aligned to meet the business architectural principals.
- Work with the Data Services Layer development and QA teams to deliver a standardized requirement definition approach in an Agile environment
- Prepare high quality functional stories with success criteria with full traceability to the business requirements.
- Work closely with DSL team to define and manage the project delivery.
- Co-ordinate with QA teams to define test plans and test harnesses
- Provide input to design discussions and project planning meetings including full ownership of the DSL functional design.
Required qualification for the role is :
- Agile project methodology. Certification preferable (SCM, PMP)
- Team and people management.
- Investment Banking/IT. Preferable experience in the field of OTC trade reporting.
- Disciplined approach to requirements gathering and analysis.
- Experience in capturing, analysing and documenting functional & non-functional requirements gained on Agile projects.
- In depth knowledge of OTC derivatives - SME in either Interest Rate, Credit or FX Derivatives
- Sound knowledge of documentation required in each stage of the project life cycle.
- Exposure and understanding of Dodd- Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act's key Titles
- Exposure to key Regulatory Updates and definitions from CFTC and SEC publication in Federal Registers.
- Min 3 years experience working within large/strategic projects in investment banking environment
- Should have experience of leading a small team of business/System Analyst
- Readily shares information/ knowledge. Develops highly effective working relationships

- Recognizes individual contributions and provide appropriate and timely feedback.
