Regional Head - Renowned Wealth Management Orgainzation


Note: Looking for candidate who have broad/recent exposure of wealth management in Affluent & HNI category in Banking/ Wealth Management Organizations. He must have hands on experience in different products of wealth along with large team management including Relationship Managers, Branch Managers & Area Managers. Individual Contributor is not required.


Candidate must be stable in Job. Frequent job changes will not be entertained.

Role: Regional Head

Client: Popular & Renowned Wealth Management Company

Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad / Pune (Must have wealth product sales exp in region in which candidate is applying)

Exp - 12-22 years

Qualification: MBA

CTC: 40-50 LPA

Age limit: Max 48 years

Industry: BFSI only

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong exposure of wealth management

- Team Building & Management experience related with wealth management

- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

- To manage the assigned region profitability & P&L management by constantly endeavouring to increase market share and revenue. Ensuring optimal productivity and costs management.

- Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets. Decide and implement region specific innovative strategies to meet business targets and goals.

- Managing Healthy Team of Area Managers, Branch Managers & RMs for the entire respective Region. Recruiting and retaining high performers.

- To mentor and monitor the performance and learning development of Relationship Managers.

- Responsible for managing and deepening existing clients' relationships and setting up strategies to do focused acquisition of new clients in the segment

- Creating a strong & compliant business culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and a strong input driven Sales process.

- Give regular feedback for improvement in product and process on a continuous basis for all large clients, take joint calls with team to convert business and lead from the front.
